IMI Departmental Lecturer Evelyn Ersanilli has received a Social Sciences Teaching Excellence Award from the University of Oxford for her teaching on the MSc in Migration Studies degree.

The University of Oxford's Teaching Excellence Awards recognise excellence in teaching and in the support of teaching.

The award ceremony will take place on 24 November.

The MSc in Migration Studies degree is an interdisciplinary nine-month masters that introduces students to key concepts, research and analysis in the economics, politics, sociology and anthropology of migration. This is the fourth award to staff on the degree: Dr Agnieszka Kubal and Dr Nando Sigona received the award in 2012, and Dr Mette Berg in 2013.
